Bem, vamos voltando com calma, mas voltei! Depois de meses sem postar nada, vou aproveitar que algumas coisas recomeçaram e incluir o blog.
Meu grande amigo Jorge começou a correr faz algum tempo (acho que motivei ele um pouco) e combinei com ele de sair para um treino à noite. Já aproveitei para estrear o Nike novo que meu irmão me trouxe dos EUA (valeu, guto!).
Duas voltinhas na Redenção, uns 5 km, mais ou menos, em 36 minutos. Depois de seis meses sem correr tudo isso, acho que está bom, um tempo normalzinho. Tênis muito bom, não senti dor alguma, bem macio, bom pra treinar mesmo. Vou deixar o Asics pras provas, que espero sejam muitas até o final do ano.
